PLEASE NOTE: As noted below, we maintain a ratio to balance building members and vendor members. There is currently a waiting list for Professional and Associate Members, and we do not anticipate any openings until the end of the year. Applications will be placed on the waiting list in the order received.
BOMA Pittsburgh offers four categories of membership:
Active Building Members: Owners and managers of commercial
real estate in Western Pennsylvania. The building
is considered the member entity, with dues and number
of representatives based on the square footage of
the building. All representatives receive national

such as HVAC, cleaning, and construction. The company

Because we maintain a ratio of the number of building
members to associate members, there is sometimes a
