Membership / Dues
BOMA Pittsburgh offers four categories of membership:
Active Building Members: Owners and managers of commercial
real estate in Western Pennsylvania. The building
is considered the member entity, with dues and number
of representatives based on the square footage of
the building. All representatives receive national
membership.

Professional Members:
Professional service providers, such as attorneys, architects
and engineers. The company is the member entity, with
a principal (national and local) and an alternate (local
only) representative.

Associate Members: Providers of
goods and services to the commercial real estate industry,
such as HVAC, cleaning, and construction. The company
is the member entity, with a principal (national and
local) and an alternate (local only) representative.
Because we maintain a ratio of the number of building
members to associate members, there is sometimes a
waiting list to join as an Associate Member.
$646 per year, January to December calendar

Corresponding: For commercial real
estate professionals (owners and managers, as well
as providers of good and services) located outside
the five county Pittsburgh MSA, i.e., Erie, Johnstown.
A reduced rate, individual membership offered to help
extend BOMA's support to all members of our industry.
