We are pleased to support The Building Owners & Managers Institute Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facility Maintenance Administrator (FMA) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) programs.    We are not currently offering classroom courses.

Continuing Professional Development Credits

BOMI graduates are required to earn Continuing Professional Development credits (CPDs) to demonstrate their commitment to their profession. A total of 18 credits are required every three years. We are pleased to remind our members that a) BOMA membership is worth 2 credits per year; b) most of our monthly luncheon presentations qualify for 1/2 credit; and most of our seminars are worth one credit per hour.
