About Us

BOMA Pittsburgh is the leading voice for building owners and managers responsible for nearly 50 million square feet of commercial real estate in downtown Pittsburgh. The organization represents approximately 75 properties, more than 175 members, and nearly 500 active participants. Since 1919, BOMA Pittsburgh has supported owners and managers in maintaining safe, efficient, and well-managed properties throughout downtown Pittsburgh and the surrounding region. BOMA Pittsburgh is proudly federated with BOMA International.

Over the decades, BOMA Pittsburgh has developed a strong presence and influential role within the commercial real estate industry. The organization actively advocates on behalf of its members—addressing local challenges such as homelessness, permitting and codes with municipal leadership, while also providing input on legislation at the state and federal levels.
